Declaration donation of organs
Service Population
Anyone can either oppose or consent formally to organs donation. This declaration is acted by the Registrar of the municipality of domicile.
In case of lack of declaration, organ donation is automatically considered in patients diagnosed brain dead. No organ donation can be carried out against will of close relatives.
