Appeal against parking ticket
Instructions
Article 10 of the local parking regulations stipulates that an appeal must be addressed
- or by post to the Parking Ticket Service, Avenue Charles Thielemans 93, 1150 Woluwe-St-Pierre. This letter has to contain a signature and motivation of the appeal by the appellant or his legal representative;
- or by email by using the disposed form, filled out with diligence and signed. This form is available on the website of the municipality (available in French or Dutch)
The deadline for an appeal is 3 months after the issuing of the ticket. Appeals by email that do not contain the disposed form won’t be treated.
